Bye Bye Celcom

After 2 month (as the Celcom Customer Service told me that their connection will be back to normal in the end of March), I buy another prepaid for Celcom wireless broadband connection,  RM5 times 2, that means for 2 days, and it not surprising me that it is still the same old story. It is very disapointing. It's a real fraud. What happen to their sweet promise?

Is that really going back to normal? Or it is actually their connection is too slow. I think this is the time to shift to another provider and my first choice (recommended by old friend of mine) is Digi.

At first, I have to unlock the code of my Huawei modem to make it capable to access another network. You know that local internet provider always lock our modem so they don't allow us to use our wireless modem to be connected to their enemy network. This is normal, as it is practiced by all local internet providers. But we also have our rights. I bought my Huawei modem alone without any package. But it have Celcom label on my device, even I'm not buying any of their prepaid pack.  You can imagine that I have to pay RM140 to get this empty modem, without any SIM card inside. But they force me to use Celcom wireless internet network, because their logo on my modem. If I want to use another network, I have to buy another modem with another network company's logo on it. No way!

I have my right. This modem is mine, so I'm free to use any network I want. Why they restricted us by putting some fucking code on our modem? The real reason is, they want my money. So, I find the solution for this. You can see on the picture posted here, click on it if it's too small. I don't want to talk so much. Seeing is believing. Haha...bye bye Celcom.

Celcom Wireless Broadband Slower Than Dial Up During CNY

During this whole week starting from 2 days before Chinese New Year celebration, my Celcom wireless broadband speed become too low. It's lower than the speed of dial-up internet. I don't know what's wrong with this telecommunication industry!

On the 2nd. day, I called the Service Center, the guy instruct me reset the downloaded statistic in my broadband device, clear all the history on Mozilla Firefox, but the problem never solved. What the hell is going on with them? What are they doing? Where is their technician? Is this the best that they can give during festive season? I'm tired of making any call to their service center anymore, the answer I will get from them is the same old story. Is this what they call the wider, faster services?  This is really make me sick.

This is the third times I write about Celcom. You judge.

To Live In Malaysia, You Have To Become Stingy: Every Large Part Now Split Into Tiny Pieces, So They Get More Money (Actually They Lost Their Customers)

Nowadays we live in a country where people who runs business no matter how big or how small their business are, generate more income in an era where food price hike take place.

For example of small business, hawkers who sell "goreng pisang" or fried banana now selling very very small pisang unlike 5 years ago.

Five years ago, we can get a big size goreng pisang, almost your palm size long, now size of it only the size of the length of your finger, but still they count it as one piece. Imagine if one banana they split into 2 pieces and sell 4 pieces for RM1, now they split one banana into 4 pieces and sell 4 pieces of it for RM1. One piece of splited banana become smaller today.

You get my point. You get 2 bananas 5 years ago for RM1, but now you get only 1 banana for RM1. Malaysia got a lot of banana, our tropical land rich in soil is very suitable for banana farming. You can easily see banana tree wherever you travel in Malaysia, even every kilometer on your left or right side of the highway. How come the banana price become very expensive? I hate this situation. Now I really hate goreng pisang hawkers as well. Today is my last day buying goreng pisang. Your goreng pisang now become smaller, and you increase your price, no way!

Now we talk about traditional cookies or kueh. 5 years ago we can still buy 4 or even 5 pieces of kueh for RM1. The size of every kueh even large. Now, we only get 3 pieces of kueh by added 20 cents more, it means RM1.20, it's 40 cents for each unit. In some small town, maybe you can still get 3 pieces of kueh for RM1, but not in KL or Ipoh or any other big cities. I never buy these traditional cookies sell every morning by so many hawkers close to my house.

Now cucur udang (fried cookies with fried shrimp topping) also sell at RM1 for 2 pieces only. With this 2 pieces of cucur udang, you get one small packet of "kuah cili" (chili paste) or "kuah kacang" (bean paste). The color of the paste is very light, you can consider it is full of water and sugar. Sometimes you see the shrimps topping on the cucur but sometimes the shrimps is gone.

The only 2 kind of food that we can still see sale in low price are plain nasi lemak & bihun goreng. Nasi lemak is some kind of traditional local food mainly made with steamed rice and coconut milk. Still got hawker sell plain nasi lemak as low as RM1.20 per piece. Plain nasi lemak here means a small cup size of nasi lemak, plus small amount of sambal ikan bilis (anchovy fish with pounded chili paste), sometimes with small amount of fried anchovy fish, a one-layer cut of cucumber, a one fourth cut of boiled egg and a piece of daun pisang (banana tree leaf) as a wrapper. I don't have any idea why, might be it is because they use cheap polluted santan or fake santan, or they use cheap and low quality rice. But one thing that I can sure is, they use cheap and very low quality anchovy fish, almost zero omega-3 in it. If fried, it's hard to chew in your mouth, people who have no teeth will struggle, it's quite elastic and tough as wire. This is the most popular type of anchovy fish among nasi lemak hawkers. Nasi lemak high in cholesterol and people who eat nasi lemak everyday usually because they want to save money. Eventually they will get heart attack or stroke.

For bihun, we all know that raw bihun is very cheap, you can buy one packet of raw bihun that can produce 20 pieces or more of ready-to-eat bihun at less than RM3. It could generate more income to hawkers if all people eat bihun everyday. Bihun has very low in nutrients and a lot of people don't like to eat bihun. Bihun made from rice powder and it can't make your stomach full.

Now we talk about drinks. Hawkers usually added red color syrup into their watermelon juice drink so it look more attractive and red. Some hawkers added more cucumber than watermelon itself to make more profit. Because cucumber is cheaper,  its taste and odor is almost the same like watermelon. Sometimes they cut this watermelon into many pieces and put these pieces in the container (an aquarium look alike for containing water), people who can see this pieces of real watermelon may think that these hawkers sells real watermelon juice. Actually, it only for display purpose, they will never let you have it. The main ingredient in it to make it taste good & delicious is only sugar and colorings. So better be careful when you buy watermelon juice. It maybe a fraud.

The practice of cutting fruits into many pieces and put them in the container is also popular to other fruits drinks, like orange and guava. They fill these drinks with orange coloring to make look like real orange juice, light green color to make it look like real guava juice. In fact, the real guava fruit drink does have very little light green color to no color at all. Some hawkers added cordial drinks into their "real juices" to add more fruity taste. Cordial drinks is made with coloring, conditioner, composed with sugar and water, and very tiny amount of fruit itself. Some cordial drinks may have no fruit at all, but they still claim as fruit drinks with vitamin.

This topic only covers some of the small business activity in Malaysia, topic on the cookies, nasi lemak, light drinks and so on, which these people are now turning their lost to us and bear it into consumers. We don't touch anything about chickens or fishes yet. Maybe, I will discuss about this problem later.

Some people will say I should not blame the hawkers because this is not their fault of the price increase, I should blame the wholesalers. I will say, yes - this the wholesalers fault, but why hawkers increase their price? They only think that this is the great opportunity to make money more than they can earn before via the price hike. Every time the government announce the petrol price hike, they never miss to increase their selling price.

Basically, they do not lost anything if they keep their old price and can still making profit and get more customers. Believe me, the increased of wholesalers price would not making them lost in businesses. Actually, they will lost some of their regular customers like me. Now they teach me how to become very stingy person. If they forget to return the change, even 5 cents, I will ask.

Celcom Sapu Duit Prepaid Walaupun Servis Internet "Down"

Mudah aja jadi pegawai perunding perkhidmatan.

Leave Me Alone!

Sometimes, when we just have a few words to say, like 'i don't need it', or "i already have it' and 'leave me alone', we really mean it. But there are some kind of people who really don't understand what we just had said even they can understand English or BM. Below are 5 kind of people that I mean:

1. penjual ubat in pasar malam or medicine seller (esp. facial creme seller)
2. unit-trust agent
3. direct-selling
4. scratch n win agent
5. promoter in supermarket

All this kind of people only want to convert money in your pocket to become their money!

Cendol Market Price Increased Due To White Sugar Price Hike

*Mamak hawker whose sells cendol (a traditional dessert originating from South East Asia) close to my house now selling 20 sen more than their normal price for a bowl a cendol. His reason, due to sugar price hike...I'm start thinking rapidly what the rationale behind this?  As long as i know, the price hike is for table sugar (white sugar), not palm sugar (some kind of sugar derived from coconut) - which they normally use as main additive for cendol!!! I'm not sure whether they are now using white sugar to make their cendol and then added coloring to make it appear dark in color.
Furthermore, the 20 sen hike is for a KILO, not so many sugar needed to make a bowl or a glass of cendol! This is real bullshit!

This can be a reason for me not buying cendol anymore, even it's one of my favorite dessert.

How unlucky am I living in a country called Malaysia...!

*Mamak is a term used in Malaysia to describe the Indian Tamil Muslim community and culture.

Out of Control Use of Pesticide From Cameron Highland

When I go to Cameron Highland, I never buy vegetables or fruits from there. You know why? Because this is the place where pesticides and insecticides always used out of control by local farmers. This is the reason why their vegetables and fruits look so healthy and shiny. They make so much money by selling their juicy looking fruits and vegetables, at the same time they destroy our environments, cut down our forest and pollute our rivers. Their farm's fresh is poisonous and can make you sick. Do not support them by not buying their products. Many people do not know they never wash their farm's produce properly.

When I take a lunch or dinner there, I will ask them to put vegetables and chicken out of the dish.

Blaming God For Natural Disaster Is The Cover-Up of Poor Planning

From the point of view of many humans, the term "natural disaster" is a convenient scapegoat because it allow a person (or a whole nation) to blame nature for their own poor planning. Wherever we find so-called "natural disasters" around the world (such as Bukit Tinggi at the moment), we also usually find a large group of people who have cut down the forests that buffer rainfall, paved over the grasslands that allow rain to soak into the soil, and built their homes, hotels & apartments right in the middle of gullies and natural drainage channels. When the floods come, they look to the sky and curse Mother Nature, shouting, "We got hit by a natural disaster!"

"Evil has appeared on land and sea because of what the hands of men have earned, that Allah may make them taste a part of that which they have done, in order that they may return." Al-Quran, Surah Ar-Rom ayat 41.

Of course, in some cases it really is a natural disaster. When a volcano blows and causes widespread destruction beyond what anyone could have reasonably foreseen -- such as Mt St Helens in the 1980's -- that's a legitimate natural disaster. When an under-the-ocean earthquake causes a fifty-foot tsunami that wipes out a beach town, that's a legitimate natural disaster, too. When a large meteorite slams into the planet with the force of millions of atomic bombs, laying waste to an entire era of unique lifeforms (the dinosaurs, for example), that's a natural disaster.

But getting wiped out by a flood, landslides, tower collapses because you built your house right in the flood path of a local river or on the peak of the hill is not a natural disaster. That's a man-made disaster. Or, more accurately, it's just poor planning on the part of short-sighted humans. And when it comes to disasters, there's plenty of short-sightedness to go around these days. Most "natural" disasters are actually caused by poor human planning. Generally speaking, people don't have a very long-term view of things. They don't consider that the little creek running behind their new luxury hotels & resorts could very easily wind up meandering through their living room after record rainfall.

Even professional city engineers often aren't very bright about all this: They'll design cities with enormous areas of pavement and roads, all while failing to properly consider the fact that what used to be dirt which once absorbed water is now concrete that channels water somewhere else. It doesn't take much rain for a city of pavement to become a flash flood nightmare.

Intimidating, Blackmailing Is Their Job Scope

This is the job doing by debt collectors in Malaysia recently. They desperately using this method to enforce debtors to pay their debts so they can get their commissions. When make a call, they pretending to act as lawyer calling from Legal Department, or from High Commission Court, actually they are bullshits who only have SPM or SRP only.

Imagine if they get at least 25% commissions per person who have RM5k debts, times 100 = RM125 000.
Surprise?  This is hot job among unemployed and jobseekers who only have SPM!

Mobile Network Company Know Where You're Working

Do you know that banking institutions, mobile communication networks and their fucking debt collector agencies are now trying to monitor all your personal information so that will be easy for them to  track you, your activities, your financial, who's your wife, who's your kids, your parents, your work collagues, where you live and all things that you have.

They will get this information no matter what, even by bribing the third-party and getting it from any internal source that have access to your information. They even will find address and telephone number of your kampung [ a locality with 10,000 or fewer people ] and send their so-called legal warning letters to your mother, phone & talk to your mother, talk to your collagues and tell them your personal financial problems, that you are in debts, ask your friends to leave the message of how much money you have to pay,  search you in Facebook, JobStreet or any other online network where you might publish your personal detail for certain reason.

I remember some of my friends (actually this happened to me too long time ago - I'm among the oldest mobile phone user since Mobifon800, Emartel & TM Touch) have subscribing the postpaid mobile phone service to local wireless mobile service, by the time he make an application, he never put the address of his office or his workplace. His monthly bills sent directly to his home address and he had paid all his bills without any problems. After a year, now he find out something extraordinary  in his bill. Do you know what?  Along with his home address, the name of his company where he is working now clearly stated on the bills!

He never let this mobile services company know where he work, or never given any oral or written communication telling them where he works now.  So, where the hell this mobile service company get this information? Sure, this crap will get it from a third-party either by bribing it or pay for it. They can do it, because our personal information are no longer put in secure or it is no more privacy.  There are many third-party that can have access to your information. I can see how desperate they are looking for the information. What is the reason they put your company's name on your bills? Actually they don't have the right to do it, because if they do, it means your account belong to your company.

My friend sometimes bought goods from supermarkets, grocery shops and many outlet using his ATM cards. His ATM card is also his debit card, from the bank account where his company pay his monthly salary. I'm not telling you the bank is where all the information exposed. But there's a big hole in our information that can leak everywhere anytime.
So better be careful, better cash out your money from the ATM and pay by cash. Never publish your personal detail on the internet.

The Very Tiny Benefits of Privilege Cards

When one company starts introduce the privilege card, others have to follow. If not, they are out of businesses. For example, Shell introduce Bonuslink card, Petronas with Mesra card, Shell & Esso with Smile card etc.

What's the benefit of using this cards?  User only get many little benefit of using this cards. For example they can get points accumulated and could be change with small items or souvenirs.  But the real reason these company introduce these cards is to make sure that they can grab their same customers and make sure the same customers keep re-visiting their stores instead of their enemy stores. As a result, nowadays all companies had this kind of cards. Their strategy have changed. They still with the cards, but with many contest. For example, those who fill petrol not less than RM30 from their station would have eligible for entry of their contest. Which companies does not making contest, they will out of business.  So they do the same to make sure their customer don't run away.

As customer, we can see it as healthy competition and it benefits us. We also want to grab all the benefits provide by these companies and we must to make sure we don't miss it. So all the privilege cards by different company we have in our wallet.

Now we suffer all this, need to keep all their cards inside our wallet together. Millions of people also have the same card as we have. They also eligible for the contest and the chances of winning for us become narrow. Eventually, all these fucking cards no more gives benefit to us but it only gives our personal information to these companies, how many liters you refill your petrol monthly, where do you refill it, how far you travel inside the country  etc.

It only benefits them, not us.

Making Money Online Desperado

I think most of you had seen this kind of people whose extremely desperate asking you to join their money network. They will show you their pictures standing next to a luxury cars, their big houses or piles of money on the table. They don't sell products but they had a lot of money. Some of us blindly believe it when few of them really making huge money that way.

But a lot of people do not know where these money really come from!  The answer is you!
Their money comes from the people like you who believe them, and they will ask you to join them making money that way by cheating people.

TM Making Money Via Terminated Internet Service

When you moved, and informed TM about your new address, they will keep sending bills to your old address until your internet connection terminated, but the monthly bills still keep going.

Normally, when you don't pay Astro bills for 3 month in a row, Astro will suspend their service to your decoder until the 3 month bills and reconnections fees been settled. But not TM, they not terminating your Streamyx account, but they only terminated the internet connection to your phone line and the bills keeps running years long even there is no internet connection. Imagine if you don't pay bill for 3 month in a row, after that your internet unavailable, and you never received any bill statement anymore, until 2 years don't be surprise your internet bills now reach RM2640 or more!

This is how TM making money via zero service. They provide dummy phone line to you and you have to pay them for their dummy connection. That's telling us how they can give you free modem and cordless phone.

So, in this case, Astro is far better than TM Net.

What's Keep Bank Institutions Still In Business?

Do you know that banking institutions is still in business because of the late payments by people like us. If everybody pays within the schedule, they are still making money by the interest rate fixed by them and agreed by debtors. But the real money business that make them richer and happier is when debtors pay late. There is where the interest become higher and debtors will suffer from the increasing rate. The money you need to pay may become double, triple or higher than you could imagine.

This is the most correct description about Bank. There is the devil hiding behind them when you sign your agreement. The evil terms and condition clearly stated on your agreement letter but you can't read it because it's too small or it's too long too read and you don't have time for it. Usually , the bank officer will wait in no time asking you to drop your signature and read the terms later. You will have no choice unless to follow their most evil terms and fucking regulations.

Yun Nam Hair Care Fraud

Now, Yun Nam no less different from pyramid scheme. Their promoter will make money by pulling-in new customer.

Their promotion tag said you will get one free session of hair care treatment and 1 set of product for 'new customers'. When you walk-in to their treatment centre, you straightly will be bring into the treatment room and their stuff will show you how bad the condition of your hair and scalp through hi-tech microscope that displayed live on the LCD screen. They will advice you make a treatment faster before it's too late. Once you agree, they will start to wash your hair, massage your head and put their weird things looks like human poops on you head. They claims that is their special herbs for hair re-growth. You will be seating there for almost an hour, and you can't go anywhere because the poops is still on your hair. By that time, you will be interviewed by their promoter and given a form to be filled and drop your signature as a matter of agreement - in condition where the poops is still on your hair and a small towel covering it! Yes, it is.

Your promoter will try to enforce you to buy and get their service, you will be given a scheduled for the treatment session that will last longer if your hair still can't grow. At that time, you will realized that you are being trapped by their own pyramid scheme, the cost of their repeat treatment not less than RM4k and they will ask if you are a credit card user, they will instantly swipe the card and the payment will be settled down. If you don't have credit card, they will advice you to pay at least RM100 to ensure that you will get their treatment and they will get the full payment the next visit.

If you still can't make it, they will try to adjust your payment to become installments, same like you buy electronic items. Once you agree, they will take you back to the room and remove the poops form your hair and now you're free to go.

The poops will still remains on your hair hours long until you drop down your signature and they satisfied with your payment. For those who don't want to sign an agreement, they are considered a non-customer and are not eligible for a free set of product as promised. You will only get 1 free session of hair treatment only.

For me, the real treatment for your problematic hair is not from the outside, it is what is inside. It is about what you eat, and what you do to your hair. Love your hair, don't damage it.

Domino's Pizza Keep Your Phone Number For What?

Now Domino's Pizza tend to keep your phone number and your ID every time you buy pizzas from them. What is the real agenda behind this?

Of course, they need to track their consumer's buying pattern and plan their marketing strategies. My advice is don't give the real phone number to this third-party. One day, they might use this information for other things that you might don't ever think. You also have the right to not giving your number to any other third-party, so why act so fool to give them.

Today, a lot of scenario have happened when some people making money by selling your personal information.
The real thing that might mostly will happen is, they will send sms to you telling their latest promotion or sales.

Your Personal Information, Debts, Shopping Pattern No Longer Secret

Do you know that everytime you use "electronic money", your information will go everywhere around the database system in the world especially in your country.

Banks and government may trace you, your patterns, where you are, what you buy, how many houses and cars you have, how many balance of money you have, what you eat, what is your favorite places, your lifestyle etc.

By tracking these patterns, credit card agents will contacting you and offer many 'benefits' that is not available to other people. You will be surprised by free vacation, free VIP membership, or many others fucking memberships. These are real trap. Don't bring your head into crocodile's mouth. The real fraud is you will spend more once you agreed with their offers. At the end of the day, you will be chasing by monstrous banks, bad language from debt collectors that making money via your difficult situations, legal trials in courts by ugly jurist - when you no longer can cope up with your debts.

You will end up living in unfree & slavery world.

So, better use cash money every time you deal businesses. Those fucking crap won't track you. They don't know who you are, and they are not in personal contact with you.

Aeon Charge RM50 For Individual Credit Verifications

When you apply loans from Aeon for buying any electronic items or even motorcycles,  they will charge you RM50 to process your application through fucking CITOS or CCRISS or any others fucking credit monitoring agents in Malaysia. This RM50 will be not refundable even your applications is rejected. Imagine how much money they will get when 1 million of 28 million Malaysia population making applications - yes, it's RM50 000 000. How easy they're making a huge amount of money!

For those who already knew their names is in blacklisted by the fucking banks, never go to Aeon or they will make free money from the thin air by charging you RM50 and get RM50 million or more.

Tesco Membership Card Help You Spend Less Actually Make You Spend More

When register as Clubcard member and shopping in Tesco, they will send you newsletter and dozens of discount coupons claimed that you can spend less and save your money by using these coupons, within a certain period or months. Each coupons have its validity period.

Actually they are not helping you save, but make you spends more. Usually, written on the coupons that if you buy 2 or more on the same items, you will get the price less. People who shopping occasionally are not crazy. We won't buy 10 items that can last months long. The thing might get expires before we use it or consume it.

We are not in panic situation such as epidemic or pandemic that require people to buy stocks for months or years long. We are in peace and prosperity.

If you really want to use these coupons is okay, but there is not necessary for you to go shopping every month and wasting your money to clear out all the coupons that you still have.
At the end of the day, you will suffer of unnecessary stock of items in your home. They are not helping you spend less, but they actually help you keep more by spending more. This is some kind of very brilliant business strategy practiced by big supermarkets and grocery stores.

Some people really feel sorry when they not using their coupons while its still valid. But don't think like what this business minded do. We are consumers. We don't sell anything to them. They only wants your money. But we don't do business. Some people like me, I will throw out all the coupons and the newsletter to the garbage.

Above article may be applied to all type of offers made by credit card companies such as Citibank, AmBank and many other credit facilities in Malaysia including the loan shark Aeon.

Celcom Frauds

24 hours wireless broadband connection for RM5
7 days wireless broadband connection for RM18

This is what connection means! Subscribes 24hours package for RM5 and get 24 hours of 'working' connection! Yes, you can make a connection anytime you want but you can't browse the internet all the time!

They will charge you 10 sen per kilobyte if your connection reach the time limit count from the time your subscription been activated! Keep in mind that you'll never enjoy the total hours or days of internet browsing as promised. I don't care how fast the speed of the data transfered, what I care is the connection that really work!

This does not mean that other providers such as Maxis, Digi are better than Celcom. They are even worse! All better services promised by these companies are real fraud! What they really means are the 'connection' itself, not the internet browsing.

bravo...Celcom
